  Food was ok. Out of sugar for coffee. Table dirty. Bacon was requested well done, dripping in grease.

  I see a lot of negative reviews on here regarding service times, and while I agree the service is slow at this point, we need to take into account the fact that the restaurant has only just recently opened and it is the holiday season.
  
  I think this location should be evaluated on several areas including service, cleanliness, quality of the food, location of the restaurant and the friendliness of the wait staff. Each one of these should be awarded one star as appropriate (hence 5 stars possible total) I took off a star for the slow service but everything else met expectations.
  Food was good as always.

  Don't come here, I don't care if they just opened up there are plenty of new businesses that thrive from the first day open. The waitresses are rude and the managers obviously shouldn't be in there positions. I literally called time after time to put in a to go order and one of those rude girls hung up on my fiancé, and now no one is picking up the phone. How professional. If you people can't do your job then find someone who can. I was in fast food for 3 years and never gave horrible customer service. Shame on you dennys and all the people you hired for this new establishment. And I WILL be getting in contact with you corporate office. This is unacceptable.

  I've been coming to Denny's for many years and have never been disappointed... until tonight that is. This is a new location and I was more than excited to try it out. Service was terrible, it took our server awhile to take our drink order and then another 15mins to actually bring us our drinks. Food was bland... even my bacon had no flavor... HOW!? How can someone make bacon flavorless?????
